Syntesi's leadership has shipped property discovery journeys, automated catalog checks with auditing and human review, and modernized search and lead capture flows in SaaS platforms. Delivered in previous roles and independent projects, this work forms the technical foundation we apply to the studio's projects.

With experience in product, engineering and systems used by businesses, Lucas leads the assessment and technical decisions. You have direct access to him to discuss deliverables throughout the project.

Beatriz Lochel

Head of Marketing

Beatriz works on brand strategy and customer acquisition for B2C businesses, B2B businesses and social impact projects. She plans positioning, creative direction, content, paid media, CRM and launches around business goals.

Commercial Director

Felipe works with clients from the first contact. He uses business goals to guide decisions on positioning, acquisition and product development.
